Buying 2 Virtual Assistants

    I am seeking 2 part time Virtual Assistants to help me with numerous projects. The right candidate MUST

    *Have experience in wordpress - installing via fantastico, posting articles, theme installation, permalinks etc
    *Have high quality English skills - be able to write quality English articles, not nonsensical ramblings designed only for search engines
    *Be able to use Skype to get instructions from me via IM
    *Be able to hit deadlines
    *Keyword Research
    *Perform backlinking
    *Have an understanding of social media (Twitter, Facebook etc)
    *Be able to do forum posting (very little of this to begin with but is an aspect I am looking to grow in the next few months)

    The position is 20 hours per week to begin with, with the possibility of more once we get going. The rate of pay is $2.5 p/h (minimum $50 per week).

    its a little bit low for a va can you increase it a little bit.
