Very strange. I've tested the plug-in with 1.5 and all the latest versions and have never had any problems. You might want to visit the designer's site and see if there are similar problems to yours there. http://www.acmetech.com/blog/2005/07/26/adsense-deluxe-wordpress-plugin/
After seeing this thread I just added AdSense Deluxe... MaxCage I had the same problem as you, the reason is that your adsense-deluxe.php file needs to be directly in the plugin folder, not a subdirectory. The uploading process seemd to put it into a subdirectory initially, then I moved it afterwards. Having moved it you will then need to re-activate the Plugin, then go back to the Options section and redo your code etc Worked for me, good luck...
a new plugin was released a few days ago called Adsense Injection. It places ads randomly in your posts fighting ad blindness this way. download and proof of concept ( refresh page several times)
Hey do you folks know of any really good wordpress tutorials out there? I just got my webhost...netfirms...Wordpress is built-in so I'm gonna give it a go. Are there any wysiwyg plug-ins for wordpress? I'm afraid I'm not much of a coder.
You don't need a WYSIWG plug-in. The latest WP comes with a default visual rich editor that works basically the same. As for tutorials, why not try the Wordpress.org site. Everything I've ever wanted to ask was already answered there.
all these post are so informative....i must commend all of you. Thank you so much for the great information.
I added it to one of my sites, will let everyone know if I see an increase in either ctr or payment. There are two things that I don´t like: First, ads are displayed on articles and the frontpage, I´d like to see a parameter that takes care of this. Second you can´t specify margins between ads and text, this will hopefully added in a future release.
I believe in placing the ads at a fixed place. too many ads between the posts.. i dont like the style. But still, I gonna bookmark this posts, really useful info. Visit.: wordpress.org
dude.. also wordpress has a importer, you can easily import all your posts from blogger to wordpress.
Yea but I already have my blogger URL listed in the top ten in G for a few keywords so I hate to lose that.
There's a blog I contribute to that uses an Adsense rotation script from here http://www.teca-scripts.com/free/randex.php
