2-Up Marketing Legal?

    Hello all!

I made a website that sells about 100 clickbank products and sells branded websites.

When users get a branded website their clickbank id is automatically added to the clickbank products on the site. They also sell branded sites just like theirs.

I'm using the 2-Up commission program for branded website sales. It's an awesome money maker but some are telling me that it's illegal. I've searched laws and could find nothing that says it's illegal. I think people are just expressing their opinions that are not based on law.

2-Up is not a pyramid where the money all goes to a select few at the top. 2-Up goes from person to person with all having an equal opportunity to earn.

Actually I earn nothing from the sales made by others. I make money from my site exactly the same way all others make money.

Can anyone point me to a law that says it's illegal? Not an article on the net, a law! I found articles on the net that say it's illegal but all were pyramid schemes discuised as or called 2-Up when in fact they were not 2-up.

    Thanks!
    Nick.
