Hi, Im looking at selling the following sites: www.rooms4functions.co.uk www.catering4functions.co.uk Rooms4functions isnt quite complete, it just needs a bit of tidying up on the admin panel but apart from that its ready to go. It already has a number of entries on the site. Some of which were added myself others have been added by the venue owners. I concentrated initially on Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool. This proved a success as i was on page 1 or 2 for VERY good key sentences. Im not sure where they rank now but i believe with the site being updated again on a regular basis and a build up of some backlinks then there is no reason why you cant be high again as there isnt a huge amount of competition. Catering4functions was something i went with as a sideline, but wasnt sure how to go about starting the site. Both sites must be a year or so old so there is a little bit of age there. I will discuss with the buyer the plans i had for the sites. As for price i have spent over $200-250 on custom coding rooms4functions and i would like to re-coup as much of that as possible. cheers Tony
Both sites were fine when i last looked at them. I am speaking to the host, i would agree to keep off them for the time being. As for 2 incomplete sites, both are ready to go but if it was me i would finish off the back end on rooms4functions Ive removed the malicious code - my host believes i must have a keylogger or something for it to effect a few of my sites. Im sorry about the problems. Im just looking through google on how to remove the warning from the site. As for traffic they are around 300 uniques per month currently. the functions site was ranked on page 1 for 2 good search terms (function room then city name) for 2 cities i targetted. I also had it on page 2 for another 2. I think you could easily get this to page 1 for a few good terms quite easily. I will also share with the buyer the future ideas i had. Thanks. Tony
