    You been asking weird questions then signing right out and not replying when you get answers. 2 title tags? You don't, maybe possible in php or something.

    if you use
    <title> blah blah blah
    <meta name=Title blah Blah Blah>

    Thats the only way though that I can see.
    Ive done this before, google uses the first one that it sees.

    Why you want to use title tag twice?

    Don't you think one title is enough, if used well.

    the first title tag the browser sees will display on the title bar of the browser, the second will be ignored.

    I'd rather that you used <TITLE> tag instead of meta tag for putting your title. If you used both, then Google will use <TITLE> and ignore the other. I wonder people still believe Google even look at Meta tags other than meta Description tag for relevancy.

    BTW... it's nice to see you here, Scott! :D

    I'm QUITE serious. ;-) Google look at meta Description tag for relevancy.

    I agree sufyaaan. A misunderstanding was there. You was saying relevancy and I was taking it factor which helps in seo.

    I searched and found this
