    Hello gang,
What is better, in your general marketing experience, as far as conversion of email marketing versus postcard mailings?

This is what I have found to be true "in general" which is what I am looking for since I know that every market can be different.

TEST 1: To a group that has opted into getting emails OR given there address and will not be annoyed by either the email or the mailer (snail) since they signed up.
FINDING 1: I have found in three different markets that it took 4 times as many emails to get there attention than it did postcards.

TEST2: Buying an email or postcard mailing list (typically by zipcode for the snail mail)?
FINDING2: This is SO revolved around the quality of the lists but in my humble experience I could not convert 1 postcard since they threw it out, and while email conversions where low I at least converted about 17% to actually opt-in to the list and then was able to sell to them at multiple points down the road...

I would LUV 2 hear what your experiences are in general since A TON of clients ask me...

    TY - TLB

I prefer to use email. The object clients should be those who have signed up in your website or have shown their
interest in your product or service. If you can make sure the conversion rate,I think it will help you save a lot of
time and energy.Sometimes, mass of emails will just be regarded as spaming and can't get the deserved effect it
    should have.
