    I'm selling the following websites because I've simply not had the time to sit down and promote and develop either....I have them both set up, ready for admin switch over, domain transfer, everything is already set up.

    Both sites are about 4-6 months old, and have 50-100 members each.

    www.consolespace.com
    100+member forum.
    It needs promotion, and maybe a little cleanup of threads
    great vbulletin software, statistics, owned liscense.
    www.exhangehog.com
    simple banner exchange
    very flexible
    50+members(you can easily contact each through admin control panel)

    I've not set a bin yet for both(both, if I get a agreeable bin offer for one, I'll consider selling it separately)

    domain's will be pushed over via namecheap and hosting is currently $3.99 each/month

    With exchangehog is it possible to enable members to purchase clicks/impressions? What are the stats for the site? How manny banner impressions are shown each day? And how long has the site been live?

    site currently sold to SKULL
    and again, yes, I'm working on getting the exchange back up....I've made sales once anywhere from $.10 CPM on the banners which is extremely cheap
