I have 2 sites I must sell need the cash . All offers will be considered as long as they are fair.


They are evergreen niches that will always be popular.

All traffic is organic from search engines and articles, as well as rss feeds, blog posting forums and social bookmarking.

They both rank well in google first page. And both make on average 3 sales monthly at 35.00 a sale. Not a huge money machine but consistent sales about 210.00 between these 2 sites a month.


But due to the rush in sales I am selling them as a site with no income. They all have backlinks and will continue to grow in backlinks I have put a ton of work in both sites. They will be much better with more work to them.

I will transfer the domains free to godaddy account owners.
Also if the bid to buy is good I will also include 50.00 in adwords which is in my account but you will have to tell me what you want the ads to display and the keywords you choose.
