    sendoutsms.com site does not require anything special, just the files need to be loaded and a sql created. very easily done with Cpanel

    i am not sure of the script's name ,
    it was one of those "buy-10-scripts-$10" deals that i bought and it included this script.

    i think the domain is brandable and easy to remember/promote. you could load your own sms script if you have a better one.
