2 sites for sale generating $10,000 pm income!

thanks entriple, obviously traffic is important buts its how you use that traffic that is really the key!

For 6 years now I have kept in contact with all my clients on a daily or weekly basis, offering them services subscriptions, its endless what you can do once you have that relationship in place, there are numerous ways of making money from my sites because of this:

selling my own service
selling other peoples services and getting commisions
selling email address's and names (all my clients have signed into recieving related mailings)
selling advertisments on sites
starting othe people up with own site and revenve
it really is endless for anyone that can see the potential

I am making over $10,000 per month with very little effort, with more time this could be much more

You mention that you sell the sites since you need money. Furthermore you mention that you have lived on these sites for 6 years with no other job. Why then do you bite the hand that feeds you? You state that this income has been made with very little effort. Why don't you invest more time in order to make more money and keep your sites?

I agree with you that alexa-ranking does not mean much with reference to the profit of a website, although it should have been possible to get into the top 250,000 during the past 6 years.

 

How are you making this kind of money with so little traffic?

 

ok, i have actually put some some into the sites the last cople of weeks and eaped the rewards as you can see below, if I did this full time then i could achieve this all the time, the fact is that I have a new venture that is much bigger than thsi and I really need to concentrat on it and I need some capital.

Why bite the hand that feeds you, well I need some capital, I need to grow and I want bigger and better things thats all.

I bascially market my service and other services to my built in database of over 13,000 these are 100% genuine captures, not no buy and share shit email address that you can get.

Serious buyers contact me if you want a great profitable site, taht can only be improved on with better traffic and better marketing.

By the way I do believe I was once in the 250,000 in Alexa but i dropped I do not know why and I do not know why I was that high either, I do not claimto know anything about seo.
