2 sites for sale generating $10,000 pm income!

Why do the sites have a x,xxx,xxx alexa rank? I know alexa isn't very accurate, but I can't see a site that's in the millions be making $10,000 per month, if that's what "pm" stands for.

The sites sure don't instill very much confidence, shoot me a PM with some proof of traffic/referrals and revenue. I'm always willing to do business.

 

I agree with what you say regarding alexa, my site has a pr of only 3, but this site is not like 99% of sites on here, my sales are made from subscriptions, not from links, the databse of clients is the key, they are all clients very interested in gambling, I have sold to them over the last 6 years and trust my service so when I recommend a new service or sell something myself I get great response, the new owner can carry on using my image so this will not effect sales, I will also provide marketing templates to the new owner,

Regarding why I am selling a site that makes $10,000 per month, I am only selling because I need the cash quick, I have lived on these site for the last 6 years and do not have no other job.

I just downloaded payments reiceived from paypal since January 07, obviously I have deleted clients email address's and services they paid fom paypal, these are just from paypal i also take credit card payments which can be shown too.

Jeez, I don't know the guy or his site and don't have the funds to buy such a site if I wanted to, but you guys seem intent on knocking him down.

First you say the site seems dodgy and his Alexa rank is dodgy and you need proof of income and that he is trying to fool you. Then when he gives you some sort of proof firstly you say he is wrong to do it, then you say the proof he has given is no good and his privacy act is a joke.

I don't vouch for the guy at all cos I don't know him, but try and give him some sort of benefit of the doubt! All he's trying to do is make a buck like you!

thanks Kazooki, that is all I am trying to do is sell a site, people on here like to do that, maybe they think is everyone is dishonest like themseleves, all i have shown is peoples names, , they could be made up names yes, so how is taht any breach? I have not added email address's or what service they signed up for, there are many people in the world with the same names!

People who are interested will get full details, anyway, from what I see on this forum is sites that are here today making a few dollars gone tomorrow. I am selling a site that has been around 6 years with an amazing clientbase, that generates the income it does, if people can not see the potential & the value in that then I am selling to the wrong people, any serious people let me know.

Alexa doesn't worth anything in this case. People who visit gambling sites don't even know what the Alexa toolbar is. But kids that play flash games install all kind of stupid things on their PC and that's why you have a 10k score.

 

please refrain from talking about this other post in this thread he should have opened his own! If anyone is serious let me know and I will explain more

all proof of payments can be shown if you are a genuine buyer, paypal and via my merchant account, I have had the site 6 years with all records of payments!
