I'll take econotemplates.net at bin (assumming that is the bin price you listed) if you can answer my questions below:

1.)Do the templates and logos you are currently selling come with the site?
Will i be able to resell these web templates and logos without getting into legal trouble? meaning who own the copyright to these web templates and logos . If someone else own the copyright to them, do i have permission to resell them?

2.) are the logo templates in vector format

Something REALLY needs to be done about this. I don't think you should be able to even post in the Buy, Sell, Trade category until you have 30-50 posts.

i thought the person who first post bin price usually get the site.

I can pay via paypal like you requested in your sell post. My only question really is in regard to copyright issues of these templates.

I would never take a site that someone else posted sold on anyway. It's just plain bad business.
