2 SEO plugins on 2 Seperate Wordpress installs on same URL

I have a domain www.workwithdavidlee.com where i have Wordpress installed with all my plugins which includes All in One SEO plugin and operating fine. I have another Wordpress install on www.workwithdavidlee.com/directory and have the yoast SEO plugin installed and optimized and working ok.

Because I've had my blog hacked and trashed a couple of times, I want to make sure I'm not dancing with "blog death" for having 2 seperate SEO plugins on the same URL...even though they live on seperate WP installs within that URL?

In Google searches I've read it both ways...

I'm not super-techie so please be gentle when you respond. Any help or comments would be greatly appreaciated!

    Thanks-David Lee.

You don't have all-in-one-seo and yoast on the same URL, so there won't be any issue.

If they are different blogs with one is subdirectory and one in the root domain then different SEO plugins does not matter. It is only if you use two plugins in the same blog then they might conflict with each other.
