2 same searches 2 diff results

  1. #1
    I search for my full name in google. It used to return my personal photo blog, usually second place.

    The last week, i search for my name and it show me either on the second place or on the 33th place. I search two times in an hour and i can't get the same result.

    How is that possible ?

    are you targeting your name as your keyword? and how old is your photo blog?
    maybe there are like thousands of other site that also use your name, which is not possible...

    No, my name is not a keyword. The blog is on a subdomain of my company and it is not very old, six months or something.

    It can be due to google cookies on your system.

    To do a TRUE search on google SERPS, make sure you have cleared any google cookies out of your system.

    Different Data centers and results will also vary if you put your name in quotes......."your name"
