2 sales just vanished

    Hi

    I have just logged onto CJ and found that 2 of my sales for this month have vanished. My balance has just dropped and it shows no record of them ever being there.

    I have pushed nearly 300 clicks via PPC and normally if there is a problem I get notified. I have not broken any rules or bidded on any brand names.

    I have contacted the advertiser but should I contact CJ direct to find out whats happening as well?

    Have you run a commission detail report? If the commissions were reversed, they'll show up there. Commissions can't disappear completely, there's always a record of it being there or being reversed.

    That means that the commission has been reversed (or "corrected") by the advertiser.
