2 sales but no commission

Does anyone deal with Staur at CJ? I have made several sales but under sale amount and comm. amount is shows 0.00, I have collected from them before. Just wondering if anyone has seen similar.

 

How many days have passed since the initial sales date?

 

I've had the same happen with about 20 days since sale date?

 

This is a breif description (Jan 13 0.00) (jan19 17.00), (jan 21 0.00) (JAN 29 0.00) (FEB 3 0.00) AND THEN ON AVERAGE of every 2 or 3 days
0.00 10 sales in all, but only one with commissions.

 

How could you know you make a sales if the CJ does not show the sales?

 

I got cheated by Murad -> Over 20 sales, and they never paid up. Every single one of them showed $0 commission. They told me it would be credited, but they never did. After the first email, I messaged them 3 - 4 more times with no response.

I say dump them and try a competing company.

 

thats crummy, I would ask in the email how much each of the commission were and then take them to the affiliate collection agency, they will pay up

Contact CJ support & let them know that the advertiser is constantly reporting $0.00 sales amounts, and that their system probably isn't dynamically inserting the sales amount. CJ will get on this advertiser's problem, if that's actually the case...

 

Have already done that but they aren't much help

 

Sometimes sales are made but the credit card is not processed until later. I don't know about this particular advertiser, but it's common in Travel where the "consumed" travel is paid down the road.

 

Well, when that happens, do you eventualy get the commish.

So funny, I never heard anything from the emails I sent them but I checked CJ this morn and had a $99 sale and made 11.00 Commish. Some companys just have bad customer support I guess.

 

Good and yes some really do have crummy customer/client support.
