2 RSS URL's harmful for site?

    My site has 2 RSS url's, one by default from theme and another made from feedburner (feeds.feedburner.com/xyz.com). I wanted to know whether 2 RSS URL's affect my blog? will it harm the blog anyway, like for e.g in search engines?

    I don't know about your default theme but Feedburner is not at all harmful to your blogs

    basu - i mean i have 2 RSS url's for my blog. The theme i has link to RSS url of my blog as
    domainname dot com/?feed=rss2

    and another of feedburner as feeds.feedburner.com/domainname dot com

    does it create any problem?

    No it surely does not have any problems. Additionally you can use the official feedburner plugin for wordpress which forwards all the traffic to feedburner automatically thus helping you to focus better :)
