My two directories are up for sale. I had one for sale on Flippa but the "buyer" never returned my emails so that one is off.

Yes, these are for sale and I will sell for the right offer but I am in no rush.

You and I both know I could easily keep these and grow them slowly but surely, but we also know you could put your time and effort into them and make a killing. They are already making money, but I don't wish to sell just on these numbers as they are worth much much more to me than what they may be worth on paper.

Alrighty, there have so many questions but the main question has been:

"Are you asking $5000 for one website or is it for both?"
- Answer: The price is for BOTH websites.

You'll never get a better deal than this. I mean, $2500 each? They both make more than $300 a month and at 10x value it would be at least $3000 each.

I'll give it a few more days and If I can't get a better offer than than what I have already, I'll make a decision to either sell or just keep them and grow slowly.
