    I added the tag last night and today I am showing up as the #2 ranked site again. (for one of the keywords anyways). Thank you for the help. Saved me a lot of research time and a lot of money.

    your site is penalize in search engine dew to spamming or black hate SEO.
    Other thing is that your site is over optimized that's way your site is penalize in search engine.

    (that's my opinion behalf of my experience )
