    This has been one of my babies for the last few months. I would love to buy my girlfriend a nice Valentines gift thats why I am selling it.

    Website has been ranking top 5 solidly since late October. It moved up from #3-4 to number #2 about a month ago.

    Google Keyword Tool shows
    2,400 exact match searches
    $4.58 CPC

    Last Month it had:
    Unique Visitors: 766
    Page views: 1,019

    I have been using Adsense, but haven't been very active in making the most of this site. There are tons of CPA, lead generation opportunities. This niche can be very high paying. Starting in March-September is the hot time for this niche. The revenue through just Adsense has been steadily growing from:

    December: $68
    January: $86

    This is a steal if you look at what insurance websites like this normally go for.
