    Hey there :) ,
    these are my questions :
    1. Can I use an ad blocker to block my OWN ads ? I don't want to take the risk of clicking them ads. even by mistake..

    2. I tried applying for adsense.. well.. it's been a week since I sent google my 'application'. there is still nothing in my email box.. even not a rejection mail..
    What should I do ?

    Thanks for answering,
I know how to block ads... just asking if blocking my own ads is a wise and legal step.

You can safely use AdBlock Plus to block adsense on your website from your pc, or you can completely block adsense ads using hostfile hack!

To the second question, only thing you can do is to wait!

I do this on my sites so my own views when I check my site would not inflate the adsense stats

I figure google has my IP so my own views won't count for anything anyway ... I have two forums and post on both of them so I can't just avoid the sites.

I don't like blocking the ads personally, I want to know what's there so I can tweak the sites so the irrelevant ads go away.

    It's not like there's anything I can do.. I will. Thanks :)

Yeah, I don't too.. I just don't want to take the risk of clicking any of my ads.. just 1 little mistake can ban my site... otherwise I wouldn't have any problems with it.

UPDATE ; Well it' been almost a month since I applied for AdSense..
I was wondering.. shouldn't I reapply with another account? will they ban me/my site ?
In my previous sites, they e-mailed me back within 2 days or so... should how wait or reapply ? how long ?
