    hello all

1 - i need to install conversion tracking on a very large site - does anyone knows where do i need to install the analytics code? (only on the site's template or only on converting pages?
2 - are there any specific code parameters i need to change on the analytics code?

3- is there a time limit for the use of analytics? - the reason i'm asking - we want to use analytics only for a short period of time - like a week or so.

thanks all, your help or links to reference will be greatly appreciated.

The analytics code should be in the footer, directly before the </body> tag on every page of the site. The template is the easiest way to do this.

The code that Google gives you is ready to go. You don't have to change anything at all.

There is no time limit for Google Analytics either. You can use it for as long as you want.

Just a note, it takes 24 hours before you see any data come in. Most analytics software works this way, but the data is always a day behind.

Add google analytics into the footer of all of the themes and setup conversion tacks for the pages you are watching for conversion then use Google Analytics and the Google Conversion A/B Split testing Tool.

Sync up google adwords, your google analytics and google conversion and you have the gold -- follow all instructions to the letter and use spotlighting as said before. Follow the guide given by Veronica

what you say is not correct.
to integrate G analytics ecommerce option to a site, you need to more than just add its script on the site's template.
you'll need to add it also to the receipt page + some server side include programming - and this is something i can't understand exactly how to do it.

i've found these 2 explanations on google, but i still cannot understand exactly how to integrate the code, and what kind of coding i need to do.
