2 questions about Yahoo/Google adwords coupons

    2 questions:

    Where is a good place to find announcements for coupons for YPN or Google Adwords, usually about $50 (sometimes as much as $200)

    And are these coupons usually just for new sign ups? If so, if I already have a Yahoo/Google account, can I just register a new one, or do they track IP addresses for this?

    OK can I at least ask again just the last part: And are these coupons applicable only for new sign ups?

    If they're only for bew signups, and I already have a Yahoo/Google account, can I just register a new account, or do they track IP addresses to prevent that?
