Hi ! I've question: 1. It's legal to make site online tv (I don't stream TV) ? In site will be all tv from the world. 2. If I want to open for ex. site with picture. From where I can take it ? Can I search in web and put on my site ? It's legal ?
There are plenty of promotional photos for TV shows available that you can use for reviews promotions and articles, you just have to make sure that you use the right ones. If an episode is already online on sharing sites like You tube, Vimeo, Diddle, Hulu, etc, then I don't think there is any harm and capturing an image from the already public video, but...you cannot take an image ..for instance from a DVD that is not publicly available (for free), and post it online.
it's not legal, I was into this stuff heavy like Ive said in other posts, your good untill someone complains to your hosting then you gopta take down all the links and images to there copywrited content, and putting a disclamer will do noting to stop them, people think that works, trust me I tried that it doesnt work, thats not to say you can do it and get away with it, I made a good living off of streaming ppv and sports, pm if you need some questions answered, stay away from nhl and mlb exspecally yankees games, oh and soccer will come at you hard
Make sure you get offshore hosting, if you use anything that could get hit with a dmca takedown notice.
