2 question about getting project to lancers and programmers

    HiFor example If I want to get a project of developing wordpress plugin to a programmer what are ways that programmer don't use or Publish my code? :(and second questionIf I have a WordPress plugin and I want to change it or add some Features to it how I can protect my plugin and code that don't steal it?:(

    1) Ideas are worthless - everyone has them. If you can't write the plugin, no one is going to do it for you for less than a lot more than you want to pay. A plugin isn't a big project, but for something like Facebook (the site, not a plugin for it), the developer would sign a non-disclosure agreement.

    2) Put a copyright notice on it.

    You have the same problem enforcing your rights to a plugin no matter who writes it. The only right you have is to sue anyone who violates your copyright, and you usually can't collect more than you lost. (IOW, if someone makes $50,000 with my software, I can sue for that $50,000.) Since plugins are worth pennies, it costs more to sue than you can sue for, and most courts won't allow you to sue for the time it takes you to sue.

    You can encrypt almost any programming language, but the methods are known, so any good programmer can decrypt what you encrypt.
