The earning for november is a little less because i did not have time for advertising. Thats a reason i'm selling i.e. i do not have time to advertise

Look at the eCPM and CTR. They are pretty good which shows they are full of potential.

 

I do not get it why did you cover the visitor numbers?
No need for it at all when showing Adsense stats btw.

What's the hosting and how much does it cost?
What do you do to generate that traffic and revenue, knowing these will drop to the new owner if it's not done? Explain word to word in plain english please...

 

They take no resource and bandwidth even if they get 5k hits a day.

Pretty easy. To generate $100/month, you need to spend about an hour/day to promote it in yahoo and stuff. The site need to be accessed by a visitor with the Alexa toolbar in the browser, which is only popular in Asia (mostly).
A site with 50K uniques/day in the US may be in the 5K alexa if you have only 2 visitors with the toolbar...Or much less if you have a higher percentage of visitors with the toolbar..
