    OK guys, firstly get your licensing facts correct. A site can be sold if it uses a club template if you have a developer or multi domain license.
    Secondly, websites are sold as is, I'm not selling the actual components as installable code. Therefore, the license passes on to the next owner. It's done by domain, once I set it up and pass over the "keys" all is fine.

    But thanks guys for raising the issue, I'll need to stress these points more thoroughly next time.

    Essentially, I'm selling my time and effort in making the site for a user.
