    The car site .... I would want a parts section also.
    But the site would be for users to register, post their ad (initially free until established) etc.

    Why do you pass site #1 as your own? its a Joomla club template...unless you plan to modify it to a unique design

    Site #2 is also a club template with maybe AutoXP extension...i think they require you to purchase the extension per site?

    I'm a web designer myself and using Joomla as CMS :)

    You can't sell a template on its own, but if you bought a developer subscription then you can use it for a design on a client website
