PhotonServers does shared hosting which all clients are on 1 server with a QuadCore with over 100 Existing clients and active.

PostiveVps, we have 35 VPS Clients as positivevps.com was just founded a few months back, as we merged photonservers to provide VPS from PositiveVPS instead.

Why am i selling this?
I own a local company in my location and dont have time at the moment to really maintain it, i would be really sad to have this go away from me, as due to my hard work and the support and quality i have managed over these months that i have started this. I have a good reputation all over and have served clients very well on everything.

Well i am not sure on what reserve price currently means but i have added it as $2500

The reserve price means that if your BIN is not met and someone bids the reserve or above then they will win the auction, however if the reserve is not met the site does not have to be sold.

For example if I bid 2,600 (over the reserve) and no one else bids, I win the site, however if I bid 2,400 (under the reserve) I do not win.

Anyway DP does not allow sales to be held elsewhere to be posted, Flippa is also the same.
