2 people (ONE banned) using the same adsense account?

    I have searched this HUGE forum, but haven't been able to find a specific asnwer.

    Can 2 people, ONE that is banned from Adsense, use the same account? Example: Person 2 would get approved and person one (banned) would just set up a channel and display the ads.

    Does this jive?

    I wouldn't recommend it -- you risk getting your account banned. Certainly don't let your friend use your account on the sites that got him banned in the first place ...
