If I employ my friend and he has a dp account is he allowed to run sales threads for services provided by my company (if the services are different to the threads I already run?)

To be clear; the threads he would oversee would be different services to the ones I offer in my threads. And he will be a REAL full time employee of my firm, not just asking him to run threads for me.

Thanks for the fast response, although as you only have 15 posts I think I'll wait for admin to confirm before I take any chances!

It would be allowed so long as

    • You stay out of his threads and he stay out of yours.
    • You have a clear division of labor as implied in your opening post.
    • You do not exchange rep or itrader with each other.
    • You do not do anything to make us believe you two are one and the same person.
    • You PM one of the mods with his/her userid so we can make note in both files.

Thanks for the info, I wouldn't be doing any of that so I'll PM you if he accepts the offer.
