I have 2 Paypal Limited Account. I dont know why they limited it. Both of them have around $110 They require utility bill.
You answered your own question? You shouldn't even have two paypal accounts and its very unlikely you'll get both of them back.
One of them was personal and another was business. Paypal limits them when i try to withdraw funds.......But why? Provide your utility bill by upload or fax and if they suspend your account for no good reason again, call them and ask why they suspended your account. If it is for "no good reason" then the only way to stop them from doing it is by sending them a demand letter and sueing them Paypal are extremely sneaky and use very carefully worded phrases to trick consumers. They're just being fuck heads when they limit your account, your best bet is to find an alternaitve.
Paypal Limited account is gone for good. You may be able to get your cash after 180 days, automatic. To open another account, you need different bank account and different credit/debit card than the one used on blocked account. Next time try to limit yourself on one account.
