Php LD site: 1 to 99 shop ( www(dot)1to99shop(dot)com ) and where I make it little bit different. I like I added the owner name , email , phone and address at list page. So that anybody can see the site owner details. Once you will submit the list then you will able to view your listing with 24 hrs and if feature listing then it will be instant.
