2 nearly identical keywords, one works, one doesnt. Why?

Right, i'm trying to figure out why, if you Google 'Acrovyn'. The only direct links to our UK site are to PDF files. Yet if you search for 'Acrovyn Products' webpages from the UK site come up in the top 2 listings?

This is something i would really like to get to the bottom of, we spend about £35 a month having to use a google adword for the keyword 'acrovyn' becuase it simply doesnt return a result in organic listings.

Now while this isnt a vast some of money it is embarrising that a google search of our main product doesnt bring up a solid organic link other than a pdf, and that £35 could be spent elsewhere on our longtail traffic.

    Any ideas?

c-sgroup.com is our US arm, i'm working at our UK arm (c-sgroup.co.uk). That there lies the problem, i dont want UK customers accidentally going to the US site. I want to get a proper link to the UK site in the top 3 organic links (infornt or behind the US links) rather than a link to a PDF which is currently what happens.
