Site has been down for 7 days now due to the fact that I don't have the database backup. Have sent you e-mail and PM's - all have gone unanswered. My schedule has now gone to crap because of this and
I had to tell the customer to forget the job because I couldn't tell them when or even if I will get the file to get the site back up as it was.

I note your comments, although as you are aware, this is not the whole picture.

We have been in contact with you on numerous occassions, from immediately after you bought the site. We also gave you full access to the CPANEL many days ago although you said you were unable to down load the database. We have now given you files from a full earlier backup, and I believe the site is live although you have still to loaded up the layouts.
