2 Months Google Filter

I can tell with a high degree of certainty that there is a Google filter that lasts for exactly 2 months. I have an escort website, a very old domain and the escort agency itself actually that lost its rankings and naturally traffic for a period of exactly 2 months: November, 4 - January, 4
Why? That is a question I can hardly answer. I am very careful regarding the links and there is hardly been any over optimization.
Appreciate if you have had this type of experience and can share on it.

I had this type of experience, only that, in my case, it lasted 8 months.

    Hello...

Then why do some adult blogs get mega traffic the first month the quickly fade out?

I think there is a "sandbox" but one can override its affects if they build good amount of
quality backlinks to the site asap. (pretty certain anyway)

    thx

Are you sure you didn't make any changes to your site to get your site filtered out and then undone the changes to remove the penalty (except that the it takes 2 months for google to actually lift it) ?

Headache no one knows why the website was sent to sandbox, and none knows when the website can walk out the sandbox.
    In my opinion, 3 month...

You're saying all three of your sites were penalized for 2 months each? In that case, it sounds like an umbrella penalty for all sites connected to you.

Agree with the above. Google knows exactly who's owning the domains and link them up.

It is only one site that carries such penalties... Could be Google bombing filter for when I was young and unexperienced - but why would it last for so long???
