I have been working on ad words for last two months..But I am unable to generate conversions...The rate of conversion is really low as well the CTR and the Quality score. As a inevitable result my ad rank is also low..I have 10-15 keywords at this moment should I cut down a few of them?Does organic search ranking effects ad position?Plz help me out..

To begin with, focus on writing better Ads and remember- your Quality Score is an estimate of how relevant your ads, keywords, and landing page are to a person seeing your ad.

Increase bid, understand your target customers to get conversion. Try giving some demo through call-to-action

Low Quality Score (5 or less) is an indication of one or two things. Poor keyword choice (too generic and thus getting low quality impressions, they are not relevant enough to your ads), poor ads or both. Remember that QS is a relative calculation of your CTR compared to competitors for that keyword.

If you improve the above, your conversion rate should improve. But try to improve landing page too. Your little ads are not the ones making the sales, your page is. If you have a poor sales message, less people will buy from you.

Organic results and PPC do not affect each other. They are separate and distinct.

You don't need Adwords certification. This is just used for guys like me to try to get new clients. If you manage your own account for your own business, there is no need for certification. If you do plan to provide management services to others and pass the certification, you are nowhere near ready for that as far as I can tell. Learn more on your own, improve yourself before trying to do it for others and spend their money.

I am relatively new to Adwords myself but the ironic thing I have found when using it is the lower my quality score is and the fewer keywords(but using 2-3 word keywords) I have seen better conversions than when my score is high and I am using 10-15 keywords. Not really sure why though? Guess it's one of those fun Google mysteries lol!

I agree with using Facebook advertising. Facebook is easy to use and if your new to it maybe you can get 100 dollar or less credit towards new advertising. Good Luck!

Even though it's cheaper, you still need to understand PPC. Otherwise you're just wasting your money.
