This is a 2-month old directory site.

I'm selling it because I need some cash now and I'm not willing to wait for Google to award my efforts with Google PR.

The site uses a modified version of the "pearl" template from Mountain Templates with a customized header.

Software version is free phpLD 2.1.

Traffic stats. These are May so you can see trend over a whole month. June continues this trend.

Sources were current month, June. Sources from May were roughly the same. April 11 was when the site started, so April was heavy with DP traffic.
