    I have 2 mini niche sites for sale that have unique content, use wordpress cms and are set up to earn from adsense & amazon. Both sites have keyword domains and are on the 1st page of google for their main keywords.

    Desk Tidies
    Age of site: 8 months Domain expiry: 04/14/2011
    Monthly broad search 12,100 cpc $1.56
    Adsense income: $3.04 Dec 1 to 6
    BIN $50

    Baby Boy Crib
    Age of site: 8 months Domain expiry: 03/29/2011
    Monthly broad search 14,800 cpc $1.09
    BIN $40

    Assume traffic and revenue is minimum, as need additional promotion, although Desk Tidies in the first 6 days of Dec has already earned $3.04. They have a lot of potential as there are various keywords on each site that can be targeted. Besides adsense, amazon products can also be sold for additional revenue.

    Both domains are registered at namecheap (free push).

    Desk Tidies is sold at BIN. Baby Boy Crib is still available. I also have a few more mini niche sites available that are on page 1 and if interested pm for info on those.
