    Hello guys,

    I'd like to ask just 2 question and i wish i get the right help here cause that 2 cases was always in my mind

    Question 1

    If someone has a website (1) and i offered him to add my webiste as pop up hence when anyone enter his website it open my website in a pop up

    and indeed my website has google ads , Does it against google TOS or No ??


    Question 2 ( asked by a friends in arabian forums too many and my answer was it is against google TOC but i wanna make sure of you too )

    If i've a website giving an service and indeed have google ads
    and i'm willing to send as kind of adveritizing my website services descritpion
    and url to many emails say 1 million emails using mass mail sender
    Does it against google TOS and act as spam or No ?

    is that right or consider it as spam ??
