Buying $2/m - Cheap ASP.NET 2.0 Hosting for File Download site

    I am starting a free ebook/content download site. I have only few files at present and will increase gradually(one is 250 MB file others small).

    I am expecting a Reliable windows ASP.NET 2.0 hosting just like IXWEBHOSTING.COM(pls check features there) but

    - without server overload complaints/warnings and account closures.
    - allows unlimited file uploads and downloads without complaints
    - all unlimited features (traffic/bandwidth/domains etc...)
    - $2/month and charges monthly (I may upgrade later)

    etc...

    be carful about that, you get what you pay for usally. im not sure the pricing on windows hosting but thats cutting it close for hosting in general
