Contest 2 logos needed $50 by PayPal, committed buyer not just looking - 5 day contest

Hi

I am a very committed buyer and I need two great logos for my new websites that I am just setting up. Logos must be unique, your own work, be creative. You will surrender the copyright of the logos to me. I am looking for a modern web 2.0 look perhaps with the website address in both logos with glossy effect.
Tag lines - plain color, all lower case

Each of the logos will be placed on the left side of blog headers. Dimensions of the logos should be 100px by no more than 380px. Please provide them with a transparent background so they can be placed on any color background. The logos will most likely also be used on t-shirts. The winner will provide a psd and jpeg file for each logo in good resolution.

1. Logo for a health/nutrition related website www.leanhealthyandwise.com.
The meaning of the logo - the man is trying hard, to find nutrients in his food (fruit).
The logo perhaps should look like roughly as in the example and I am open to some variations, if you can improve on the idea shown by me,
I DEFINITELY want the image of the apple (provided) used. I am suppling the image of the apple (I bought it) but perhaps you could remove the shadow (is it better without the shadow behind the apple?).
I haven’t got the image of the man with binoculars. If you can make one like the one shown, it would be good. I like it because it is simple. I’m providing a link to the picture of the man that I’m showing.
Tag line: step by step to optimum health
Keep the colors roughly as shown (blue/green/red/orange).

2. Logo for a website about online marketing for home businesses www.widewebventures.com
In terms of color scheme, something blue and green and crisp, modern looking, web2.0 style would be preferred.The logo needs to instantly tell the reader what the website is about.
I would like to have a green man (as shown) with laptop at home (blue roof?)
Have a look at the example of the colors and roughly what I like.
The man holding a laptop and the globe under a blue roof is what I like.

I think the font for this logo should be all black/grey but open to suggestions.
Tag line: tips and know-how for online marketing success (all lower case)

donde: like the guy looking at the apple, the font and writing would prefer more bold web 2 looking. The logo number 2, same comments about the font. also the laptop far too small, single roof would do.
nidhi1100: very nice, apple bit too small. what about the logo number 2.
