    Other than Domain Real Estate, URL shortening and Sub-domain registration, for what special services can the 2 letter domain names (either xx.xx or xx.xxx) be used?

    Any ideas?

    I read in a blog that there is a lot of demand for 2 letter domain names.

    Many TLDs (generic/cc) started to allow 2 letter and 1 letter domain registrations.

    Some sites mention that 2 letter domain got sold for > 10,000 USD ! ! !

    So please let us know for what all services/purposes can the 2 letter domain names be used.

    I think it depends on the letters themselves.
    us.com
    it.com
    pc.com

    or some random LL with some random TLD such as
    vw.biz
    kq.tv

    For some random LL with random TLD, i think the best ideas that i can do are url shortening / sub-domain registration.
