Try ebay. You may have a better chance of getting more than $100.

    Thanks

I'd say that people are generally looking for .com/net/org and .info (on this forum).

Of course there are always exceptions but I think that you would have more luck with the above TLDs.

Well, I don't know, there are quite a lot of directory sites now being sold and following around with all kinds of shades and colors and they are all so easy to set up now, a few minutes to set up the script, put a domain name to it and then just update the sql with the categories and you have something for sale.

I am not saying that you are trying to exploit the market but it is just so flooded now and just too many people are doing it and well, with the phpld it is pretty much quite free apart from the domain name.

I know how to create directory sites and I can probably churn out 10 or 20 of them with unique designs a day. What is important is how popular the site is and the traffic it is bringing in.

What I am looking at is not so much how short the domain names are but how relevant and meaningful and catchy the names are and also I am still old school, I like many other non-tech surfers still assume that all domain names end with .com.

If the lao.bz don't work out as a URL Shortener, maybe you could consider creating a directory or info site pertaining to doing business in Laos. That kindda sounds more relevant to me. :) And businessmight be the in-thing now. Just a thought.

The iu.biz might be a good name for a Business Connection website, you know I and You ?
