2 Javascripts problem [Need help asap]

I need help asap
I have 2 javascripts on 1 page

I googled everywhere for a fix and still could not figure it out!

I will pay $10 paypal to whom can help me and tell me the problem once it is fixed!


should be easy, 1 javascript works but the other doesnt
then when I remove the one that works ... the other then works LOL

Many scripts will work fine together, whilst some will conflict, we really need to know what the scripts are in order to help.

you will see my bar works fully, but the other part of the site is not functioning
if I remove the javascript from bottom bar it will all work perfect except the bar I created wont be there

where I want both javascripts to work perfectly together
should be simple fix but not to my knowledge of javascript

but on my test page is where I have the problem
test page is only for my upgrading of index
