2 Hot Keywords in Domain name, not #1 why?

So I have 2 big keywords in my domain name (which is my domain name). It's searched according to keyword tool about 30,000 per month.

Why doesn't my site come #1? I did google.com/webmasters, added robots.txt and sitemap.

Because you need content, backlinks and traffic to your site first..
Having keywords in the domain name helps a bit, but not enough to get good rankings for everything.

Obviously Google doesn't consider it good enough to be at that spot. And rightly so.
Where is the content? Where are quality backlinks? Where's authority and trust?
