2 High traffic site for sale - 1 million uniques per month - $xxxx revenue - 2 PR6

I'm thinking about selling one of my largest sites.

It's a MySpace site. Before you turn your head and close this thread, it's not turnkey!. This site has been around much longer than most MySpace sites; I put it up months before the whole MySpace craze. One site is a resource site and the other site is an arcade site.

It ranks very well for competitive terms mostly because it's been around much longer than most MySpace sites. It's SEO and it has a PR 6. Both sites are PR6!.

Together, the sites receive around 1 million uniques per month and they're growing fast! I do nothing 'shady' to gain traffic. I don't spam MySpace, create fake profiles, etc. All traffic is natural! There are no bulletins sent out, etc.

Let me remind you, it's not your typical junk MySpace site. All the the scripts are 100% unique with a unique backend. The design/logo are custom and is coded XHTML/CSS tableless.

The site makes approximately $2100 a month, and that's a low estimate. At this rate, next month it will be over $3000.

If you can better monetize 1 million uniques than power to you, I'd be happy to see you make a fortune. I don't know if any of you follow it but there have been a few large MySpace sites for sale on SitePoint - many of which have much less traffic than me but make more money. So if you can't figure out a better spot for the ads, be my guest.

I'm asking $26,000 for the sites. Please, if you don't believe in the whole MySpace craze, don't bother posting here. MySpace is huge and I honestly believe it will continue to grow. My traffic is doing nothing but increasing, the same applies for my revenue.

If you're not a serious bidder, don't bother posting or contacting me.

 

Can I see proof of stats and rev and the links to the sites?

The domain does not have the word MySpace in it! The site was launched under a domain with the word MySpace in it but I decided to move to a new domain months ago. I never did receive a C&D but of course it's better to be safe than sorry!
