I am selling the following 2 sites with combined earnings (100% passive) of about $30-40/month. Both sites are over 2 years old. :)

    URL: GetFreeGrocery.com
    KW: get free grocery
    Rankings
    Google: #18
    Yahoo: #1
    Bing: #1

    URL: GetGroceryFree.com
    KW: get grocery free
    Searches/mth:
    Rankings
    Google: #7
    Yahoo: #1
    Bing: #1

Both site have been optimized for high CTR% to the offer, which is a Grocery e-mail submit. If you are a member of any CPA network, chances are they have a high converting grocery offer that you can simply swap your link in. The offer I am running to this one is from Neverblue, and converts over 20% consistently.

I only have stats from Oct 10 onwards since I changed hosting over to Hostgator.

    Oct - Dec 10 Traffic:

I uploaded them elsewhere since DP has a limit on the pics I can put up:

Why You Should Grab These 2 Sites

I have done ZERO maintenance work on them, and they have been constantly doing $30-40/month of pure revenue for me for as long as I can remember. Over the course of a year, that is easily close to $400 you can add to your bottom line. Or if you were more ambitious you could use it to (slowly) build an opt-in list of freebie seekers using Aweber/GetResponse.

While these numbers might not sound like much, if you have a basic knowledge of SEO, you should be able to get these sites to rank higher in Google, which we all know has a much bigger % of total search traffic. The traffic I get is largely from MSN/Yahoo, and if it ranks in Google the traffic/potential revenue will at least double.

However, I have many other projects on hand and do not have time to develop these sites, and am willing to let them go for a reasonable price.

    Price
    Bid: $100
    Increase: $10
    BIN: $250

Have not tried Adsense. Only thing I tried was to send traffic to the Grocery submit offer, and since it was working for me, I just left it alone. Have not touched this site for the longest of time. You could probably do better with Adsense I guess... if you get more than a $20 CPM (which is pretty easy with some high CTR% adsense template)

Hi, I'm interested. Can you send me the breakdown of traffic sources for the sites? Is it all search engine based, or have you bought traffic?

100% SEO, have not bought any traffic.

For GetFreeGrocery, its about 40% Google, 40% Yahoo, 15% Bing, and the other 5% misc sources.
For GetGroceryFree, its about 55% Google, 25% Yahoo, 15% Bing, and the other 5% misc sources.

There are many keywords people searched for that came to the site, but mainly they are variations of "get grocery free/get free grocery" (eg: how do i get grocery free, get free $500 grocery, free $250 grocery gift card, etc.)

From what I'm seeing in my Awstats, over 90% US traffic. The other 10% are mainly English speaking countries (Canada, Aust, UK, Netherlands) but I got trickles of traffic from Russia/Saudi Arabia (?)/China and Japan as well, although its negligible.
