2 Google Accounts

hello everyone. i need to know something. Years back I have made an adsense account, and i have put some ads in my old blogs. my account was approved and i had also earned around 22$ only. I had made that account just to try adsense, so i have violated some policies of adsense like i have sometime clicked my ads by myself.
currently google disabled the google ads in one of my blog because of the inaccurate title. But in my account i have same balance (22$). they hadn't made it 0$. but i think they won't pay me when i will earn more than 100$ so i planned to make a new adsense account, but that was also against policy. so what should i do now? should i use the same old account, or should i make a new adsense account and start using it? guys i really need help in this. so looking for your reply soon.

    "sorry for my bad english"

You can either continue using this account or cancel this account and apply for new account

You can make a new account for a new site, not for the same site

If your old account is still active use it, don't break the rules and you should be fine.

    Thanks Brian

    Continue with the old account..
For the disabled domain, fix the issues they mentioned and apply for a consideration. They'll remove the ban if everything is under policies.
