Rules 2 good deals and scammed once...what does it take?

    I have made two good sales and been scammed by one person yet cannot post feedback/itrader. What do I need to do to get privileges?

    Indeed , you need 25 posts to post feedback and to even post in BST . In the future if you're new sell only to trusted buyers .

    Sorry, I mean't good purchases not sales. On the forum section I use most I am not allowed to post a new thread, have replied to many though and been a member for a couple of months. This 25 posts rule does not make sense to me...
